Every specimen is thoroughly authenticated before it's listed for sale. Our team of knowledgeable experts examines each piece to verify its authenticity and provenance. We have extensive experience identifying manufactured items and can distinguish them from genuine natural specimens with confidence.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Most orders are processed within 4-5 business days. If your order is placed before 1 PM PST, we'll process it the same day. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but we guarantee 95%+ on-time delivery.

We offer a 30-day returns window from the date of purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your specimen, you can return it for a refund. Please note that original shipping costs and 3% credit card processing fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
